I started practicing yoga right out of college in Los Angeles California in 2009. I was an aspiring actor and took yoga classes in order to stay sane. As yoga began to take up more of my time, I decided to become a teacher…
In 2013, soon after my first training, I helped co-found a boutique studio called Hollywood Power Yoga. Here, I honed my skills of building dynamic vinyasa classes and fell in love with the art form. However, 3.5 years in, I decided to sell the business after meeting a Dutchman who inspired me to move to Amsterdam.
Seven plus years later, I’m still loving the Netherlands and have found a great yoga community in Amsterdam. These days, my full time yoga schedule includes group classes around town, as well as privates, corporate, philanthropical, and festival yoga.
I am also helping to facilitate my 5th 200hr yoga teacher training. Though always a student, I am currently in the process of completing a further 300hr vinyasa yoga teacher training in Berlin, with renowned teacher, Noah Mazé.
My classes are playful, unexpected and challenging. I like to combine different aspects of movement and unique transitions for an immersive yoga experience, complete with a nice playlist and hopefully some laughs along the way.
